Grand Theft Reality

North American culture, over the decades, has been very capitalistic, therefore suggesting violence as a way of getting what you want. Many factors play significant roles in condoning violence. Because of the exponential technological advances in machinery and weaponry, it has become a scapegoat for many poverty line citizens to support their families by burglary and kidnapping. The underground drug trade is a great contributor to North American violence. Mexico’s drug war took 5,612 lives in 2008 alone. The well known “Grand Theft Auto” series puts this violent and free-spirited lifestyle in perspective, letting youths explore and massacre who ever may lie in their paths. This is a perfect example of how today’s media can influence the public of today.

Super Powers

To have super powers would be a great wonder and responsibility. My top three powers to have, should it be bestowed upon me, are; one, telekinesis, the amazing ability to move objects over a vast distance without moving, two, invincibility, of course for the one and only purpose to get into things that are not to be gotten into, and three, atomic manipulation, to conrtol any and all atoms in the universe at any given time. There would be no end to the chaos, destructionand havoc I would be able to bestow upon the world, but of course there must be more super humans to seek out and anihilate or be anihilated in the proccess. The world would never be the same if powers should one day be handed down to us unworthy souls.
